The personnel was helpful and flexible, we all felt safe and secure. The location was stunning, for example, Jacksonville Beach Pier was at a moderate distance from the hotel. And it was also just next door to Marrakech and Marrakesh' medina.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing and a true highlight.
I encountered a miscommunication regarding additional charges that were not previously disclosed. I felt overwhelmed navigating the narrow streets at night, especially when we first arrived. There were also some locals who insisted on guiding us.

The traditional Marche products served were a highlight, with a true taste of local cuisine. The stay involved some frustrating moments. There was unexpected additional billing for a 'City Charge,' and the air conditioning failed during a scorching 45°C. The initial daunting location on a narrow road added to the uncertainty, although it turned out to be safe and manageable.

Spent five nights in this lovely double room and absolutely loved the authentic vibe and cozy atmosphere. The spa treatments were heavenly, especially the full body massage and facial that left me feeling rejuvenated. Just a heads up, the narrow streets were a bit tricky to navigate at night, so maybe bring a flashlight! 😊
